Put me down for "Can't Control Him". Bernier's pretty much just been running for Party Leader since shortly after he was turfed from Cabinet. Harper can't do squat to him other then kick him out of caucus and considering what he does is run his mouth off touting things near and dear to the far Right (AKA Harper's Base) he can't really repudiate him for it.
