What the!?!?!?!

J'avait des doutes depuis l'automne, mais là, déja? Who would have thought that, in less than two years, the Conservatives have brought the discussion of deficits back to the table at the federal level. But when you want to handicap the capacity of government to act, what do you do? You take away its fiscal capacity...I guess Mulroney-Schreiber isn't the only blast from the Conservative past for Canadians in 2008!
